The way the guy sets up over the ball is why I thought it might be Cecil. Cecil has always had a certain head tilt when he addressed the ball, which I thought was due to his right or left eye dominant and the fact that he went from right to left handed. Rude Dog, I just checked that photo and saw there was another comment that had been made. The comment said the player was Eddie Brown. Then I looked at who had made the comment and it was Eddie Brown! Guess that settles it.Rude Dog said:

Would someone in Dallas please show the photo to Ben Tubbs and settle this thing once and for all? Mike Haines, who took the picture, in a recent email, said, "Yes, it is Ben Tubbs who does cue repair. I think that one might have been taken at CJ's." Where are the pool detectives when you need them???
BTW, I just put a feature on my Smugmug home page that shows the most popular photos among all of my galleries. You guessed it, the photo of Eddie Brown/Ben Tubbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The votes seem to be in favor of it being Ben Tubbs. I must say that I find it more than a little amusing that in a group of 12 photos showing some of the greatest pool players who ever lived (Mosconi, Lassiter, Moore, and Breit), the only photo that is getting any discussion is the one of Ben Tubbs or Eddie Brown (take you pick at this point)!kilojo420 said:

Is that Eddie Brown the same Eddie Brown that is originally from NJ? Through Phoenix?
