Does anyone here have experience moving a one piece slate nine foot Diamond? It needs to go down some steps and the cart Diamond provides won't go down them. The steps are wide outdoor steps and aren't steep. Trying to figure out how to get this done without breaking the bank.

Go find some friends and tell 'em you're buying the beer. Problem solved. Gonna have to carry it sounds like.

My got installed in my new house, they slid the slate (wrapped in furniture pads, down the steps, also covered in furniture pads). They were also using cargo straps slung under the slate. The "professional pool table movers" dropped mine and shattered it in countless pieces.
