murphy cue rests for tables

Asked in main forum, but not sure if everyone from here pays attention to everything, hoping an owner will know where I can get these things....

Murphy cue rests. They screw on the side of tables, are white plastic.

Google searches aren't very helpful... I've seen these on many different types of tables at 4 different pool halls here in Minneapolis and can't find where to buy them...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Russ Murphy

Russ Murphy, greater Minneapolis, was the inventor of the rest. It was produced at his machine shop. Mr. Murphy, avid pool player and supporter, died a few years ago and I'm not sure if they are making this product anymore.

Let us know if they are making them. They are one of the best products out there to permanently attach to the player table for holding cues. If they are available, I do recommend them to all the ROs out there.

It's possible that one of the rooms you saw them in might have a few back-ups. They might sell one to you.
