Nice Murrells ,he makes alot of cues with wood handles but its the first butterfly ive seen ................... He use to live near me in Rhode Island when he first started making cues.

Ironchef,

I'll be down at Corner's on Tuesday night and of course Wednesday.
Tuesday (after 8) would be better, I have to play on Wednesday.

1st cue - Curly maple handle, tulipwood handle, and curly maple buttsleeve. 3/8 x 10 pin, 18.5 oz.

2nd cue - 12 pt cue...6 high ebony and 6 low cocobolo. Segmented handle in maple with the silver rings in it. The buttsleeve is made up of maple, ebony, and cocobolo. Phenolic hoppe ring and phenolic joint too. 3/8 x10 pin, 18.5 oz

3rd cue - 3 butterfly splices in purpleheart, maple and ebony. 3 pts behind the splices in the same wood. Ringwork has mother or pearls dots in it. Buttsleeve is in purpleheart with a maple ring that wave up and down around the buttsleeve. Pretty cool purpleheart ringwork at A and B. 3/8 x10 pin, 18.5 oz. (What can I say, I like them light....)

Those cue are very nicely made, I really like the two without wraps. I bet they play great

thank you...

I probably will end up changing the linen wrap on the purpleheart to a black leather wrap though.

Thanks...

Thanks...I'm really happy with them. I'm currently using the plain jane tulipwood handle one. The other two went straight to the cases.
