This an early Richie Florence Cue built in the 70s...
From i know from the Blue Book, Dale Patten, which hails from Redondo Beach California, was a machinist who was the brother in law to Richie Florence, a pro at that time. Dale Patten made these "Richie Florence cues" in the 70s and Richie marketed them in tournaments.
i was also told that blank is either made by Burton Spain or Szamboti. If so this must be a early blank, as its pretty short. but it is very well constructed and all points are sharp and even, always a hallmark of excellence IMHO.
Brazillian Rosewood points and Butt, rare Ivory Joint.
Thats all i know, i would appreciate more information on Mr Dale Patten and whether he is still making cues...
