All elements of the case come together to present a nicely finished whole.
Everything 'lines up'.
The lid fits the body very snugly.
All zippers and clasps correctly align.
The leather is beautifully stained and finished.

The overall appearance is quite pleasing. This case is a thing of beauty.

The hardware complements the overall design, and doesn't call undue attention to itself.
I like the way the major design element (the green diamonds) is carried into the strap and even to the backside of the case. That's good attention to detail.

The case works well, overall, as a case for carrying cue sticks.
The pockets are just a little small (in width only) for my taste.
The smaller pocket lacks a well-defined hinge to allow it to be fully opened. Over time the leather will crease and wrinkle (NOTE: This is my only real problem with the case.)
The 'feet' are metal, and appear to be uber-rugged. However, they aren't quite planar, so the case doesn't want to stand on its own.
The lid is nicely padded, and hinges well. Its clasp has a tendency to stick, and sometimes allows the lid to open when it shouldn't. I think a little silicone spray will solve that problem.
The handles are nicely placed and sized. The strap can be attached from the side or the back.

Value - 10As succinctly as it can be stated: (cost of materials + labor) / (retail price of case) == unquestionable high value.
