Everytime i make myself something fancy someone makes me an offer i cant turn down. Then i end up having to make myself something again. This time i went simple and am not selling it. I have always loved playing with a sneaky pete. Thought i would try this Prather blank and im lovin it. I used simple checked rings at the joint and butt cap. Radial pin.

I knew someone would ask... Just thought it would take longer than the first post... You're quicker than most... Thanks for the comment. But i can make you one just like it or one with any of the wood combos that prather offers.. (hint, hint).

Wish I could take your hint, the cues I've seen from your shop on AZB are real nice but, alas, no can do right now. Can we see a pic of the end of the butt on this one?

I know it doesn't look that great but i really like playing with those grips. I started playing with them long before i started making cues. Just can't give it up. I should probably force myself to switch to leather.
 
"To each his own", and "whatever works for you", etc. etc. Maybe you should make a cue with the rubber grip built in? (JK)

Seriously, that cue would look good with a brown stacked leather, although I prefer Irish linen. (not just bcause I'm Irish).

I thought about that but i really wanted to keep this one simple.
As for the rubber wrap built in. I think there are some production cues that have those already. I would hate to copy a production cue. JMO.
