My new Carolina Custom

Just wanted to share my new Carolina Custom that I picked up from Koinnkid recently. It is a four point ebony into birdseye with veneers of natural/green/blue/black with cream/green Linen. all white except ferrules is ivory. Whoever at CC that designed this cue did a great job as the wrap, ivory, woods and veneers all go well together. has kind of an "antiqued" look to it. The cue is well made with no imperfections that I can see. The joint is 5/8 x 10 flat faced with ivory sleeve over a phenolic sleeve but essentially wood to wood. Points are very sharp , nearly even and the veneers are mitered. I am really happy with the look and craftsmanship of the cue. Have not hit with it yet, but I will. This is the first cue I've ever had that I actually considered not playing with, but that won't last. Enjoy:

OK, I fixed the pics and added better one of butt sleeve: Thanks to Hayden!

Looks great from what I can tell

I am sure this cue looks great but it is very hard to tell from the postage stamp pictures. Please post larger pictures as I would love to see this cue as I'm sure many others will too.

Thanks

Kevin

This is a beautiful cue. Reminds me a bit of an over-the-top Tascarella. It seems classic to me. Congratulations and enjoy your new cue. I have had good experiences with the people at Carolina Custom Cues and I like the way their cues hit.

Thanks a bunch Hayden. If you have time, please PM me how to do that, for future reference. I also see that my photo skills need work.........

Your photo skills seem fine to me. You just had an off moment with the last picture. Gimme a call if you can...it's easier to explain how to do the pictures.

I can call you too if you want. If you really need it in typewritten form...it's going to take a while. I don't explain anything in a half-assed manner.
