Here are a few pictures of my recent purchase of a Sout West cue. This one was made in 2005 and was as close to new old stock as you can get. Two shafts with one unplayed and the other with only a few hours of play on it...if that. Six points with three veneers (green, black and orange). The forearm is Macassar ebony and the points and butt sleeve are cocobolo. 19.5 ounces, 58 inches long and both shafts are at 12.75 mm.
Anyone who's been around cues for any length of time will have heard all the hype surrounding South West cues. Well, after having played with this one for the last week or so, hey guys...it isn't hype. It's all true!! This thing was worth every penny.
