I will finally take the plunge on a table. I am trying to get some information from some of you gentlemen or ladies that have been around billiards for a while. I am looking at a new Diamond Pro, 9 footer with procut pockets, actually the whole kit, lights, chairs balls and other stuff. I have also seen a place that has 10 brunswick centennial tables, 9 footers. The man told me that they bought out an old pool hall with several of them. They will completely restore one for me with simonis cloth, artimus rubber procut pockets, new balls, cues. the whole deal but no light or chairs. I have seen one of the tables that they did and It looks like a new one. Even the metal looks new. They have a man that vats the aluminum pieces and when they are done, Amazing. I really like the look of those tables, My question is, does the centennial play good? the price difference will be about 2000.00 between the diamond and the centennial with the centennial being the high one. He wants 8500.00 for the table and kit when it is done. Is that high or about right for a centennial? I never see these anywhere so it is hard for me to know what one of these tables are worth or how they play. Would some of you billiards people help me to be knowledgeable when I get ready to purchase my new Investment.
