My simple design for a custom cue.

I've been trying to buy a used a Tim Scruggs cue for a while and I just can't find anything in the style I want so I decided I'm going to get one customed made. I don't have much to spend, but I would like something very simple but with a touch of fancyness. :) Here's the design I came up with, it's nothing new, kinda basic but I wouldn't feel right playing with anything too flashy. I photoshopped some basic ideas, what do you think?

Photoshop....WOW That "WOW" you just read is from someone that uses Photoshop on a nearly every day basis. Would you mind telling me what you added with Photoshop? Just changed some colors maybe. If you added that inlay, the way you put the reflection in is great.
 
Here are the original pics. The lighting glare is not completely mine. You will see however that I had to erase some of the pic to get the diamond in. As for the part I erased, I had to duplicate the glare on the black and the diamond. For that I used a combination of, transforming, clone stamping, and the gradient fill tool set on reflective gradient. To get things just right I had to use the burn tool. On the butt I had to contruct the sleeve from another pic of an ebony but and add a reflection that would match Tim's butt cap. Diamonds come from another pic. It's not as impressive as you think but thanks!

like it ?,,,I must love it,,, the only thing different from a GB (new) balabushka that I have is the color in the points, jflan
 
Well

Its a nice design, but I think your looking at $1200-$1600 for the cue, and I thought you said you were looking to spend much.
