P.S. I'll post pics of the other cues in another thread.

I just noticed that one of those shafts is a laminated shaft. Did you get that from Viattorre also? How does it plau in comparison to the hard maple.

Yes, the other shaft is a laminated shaft. I got it from Jack also.

Ah... Jack's 5A, old growth, hard maple shafts play better. Get those instead. :)

Hi nbc:

Is the laminated shaft similar to the Meucci concept? Or is it more of the pie ala Predator thing? How many laminates?

Nice design. Can't seem to put my finger on it. Gina inspired right? ;)

monski,

Flat laminates...21 laminates if I'm not mistaken.

Nope...the cue is not inspired by a Gina cue. In fact, I got the wood combination from a Sheldon Lebow cue that I wanted to buy.

That particular cue had 6 tulipwood points on the ebony forearm and a plain tulipwood buttsleeve. It was Jack who designed the inlays for the buttsleeve.

Nice cue Noel.
Get another one made with thin brass rings.
Oh, it would look so good on tulip, ebony and brass pin.:D
Actually two thin brass rings and a tulipwood ring between then would be suweet.
