Name That CUE!!!!!

In all seriousness, a friend of mine has this cue that he bought 20 years ago. We have no idea what the maker/ brand is (although we've thought of Schon, Joss, Palmer and Vikings as potential candidates). Do you guys have an idea? Note: everything white (except the butt cap) is ivory. The forearm is Birdseye maple while the points and butt is Ebony.

But seriously what happened to the shaft? Looks like it was used to beat nails with the pilot, otherwise very nice cue

ringwork screams Adams or early JOSS. HOWEVER.... the 5/16-18 definetly IS NOT JOSS. Helmstetter was part of that era also..

That my friend is a Benson cue made in Washington state! It is a very old cue probably early 80's
