Can anyone name the Caricatured Characters?

I'm not sure but is that Sang Lee floating on the red ball?

Blomdahl seems to be in kind of a compromising position there

Edit: my scanner didn't quite capture the color properly. The paper looks very white in person, but the scanner exaggerated the tiny smudges and it makes the background look very dark.

Thant could be Zanetti. The drawing looks much older than the SLIO tournaments. For example, it includes Kobayashi, both Caudron and Jaspers still have glasses, and Dani Sanchez still has hair

17 is definitely Zanetti. Also, I think 26 is Luis Aveiga from Ecuador.
