My two cents worth....I attended days 1,2 and 3 three years ago in Atlanta. I was a bad 4 at 8 ball and never played 9 ball. I got hooked...in study and training. The course taught more than I could, take in at one time. The third day was worth the price. I then took the advanced course...days 4 and 5. They taught enough to keep me busy for weeks and months. My skill level starting going up....I got so into it that I then went back but now to become a certified instructor. And all of that work really caused my skills to increase. I am proud to say that today I am playing as a very good 7 in 8 ball in APA and two months ago placed third in the APA National Tournament in the black tier 6-9 group in 9 ball. I cannot tell you how much I have grown In my pool game.
If you get the opportunity....attend a session....you will be glad you did.

Lots of Great Information

Tom and I connected awhile back because I've been a student of the Aiming Process for a long time and find many things Pool very interesting that he knows.

He didn't ask me to post this. I saw the thread today and felt compelled to speak on the value of his advice.

I'm always pleasantly surprised that there isn't anything Pool or Billiards that Tom doesn't know something pretty significant about and then proceeds to show me when it comes up.

Whether you're an Entry level player or Advanced I can see a lot of value in what he can teach.

So lets discuss what the word teach means. When someone teaches you something you have the choice as to whether you really want to learn it. When you're gambling with someone then you pay for the information and then you have to learn it. I like the cheaper route of learning it, then playing. In the long run you're a lot better off and you get all of the information instead taking the chance you didn't figure it all out.

I learn something new every time we play and the way he deals with Elevation on shots is amazing. I can see that as people get to higher levels that small things start to separate them and there are a world of these things that Tom knows very well.

Anyone serious about their game would do well to sign up for a class. Call it a Poolcation and something you do for yourself. Information is worth quite a bit in this game and I can see the value of what he teaches. Tom gets people from all over the globe for his classes, you will be in some good company.
