Hi all,
I am new to the forum and am hoping this is the place to find advice on buying a table.
I am fairly set on an olhausen table. From research they seem to provide great value in the price range I am looking in. I am looking at pre-owned tables due to financial restrictions.
I have two potential options lined up right now and I wanted to get some of your opinions on which, if either, and whether the price sounds right.
Option 1:
Olhausen Santa Ana
Asking price: 2000, but seller has agreed to sell for 1600.
Seller claims table is in "Mint" condition, and has offered for me to come test it out.

Option 2:
Olhausen (seller was unsure of model, but has promised to return to me with it. Perhaps some of you know by the photo?)
Asking price: 1000
Seller claims table is in great condition, however table is DISASSEMBLED and boxed. Seller assures me that it was taken down by a professional table mover as part of a relo package and says that I can pull out the pieces to view them. Obviously I would inspect everything before I buy, but I still see a risk!

Both tables come with a few cues and accessories. We're talking a price difference of 600 here, but are these good deals in any case? (assuming the sellers statements are correct)
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Brett
