Need help identifying a Schön cue please!

Just purchased this beautiful cue and would like to see if any Schön experts can identify it! I have looked at a ton of Schön cue pics on the web, but haven't seen anything that matches it "exactly". The previous owner thought it was an STL-6 with upgraded ring work and it may very well be. It's close.

Would appreciate any feedback.

Thx,

Rob

Ask Evan Clarke. He's now an Admin on the Facebook Schon Collector page.

If anything, this should be an indication that even though Schon has been known for its catalog approach to building cues, they were always a detailed custom, professional cue company.

Evan has educated and surprised a lot of so-called Schon lovers with his disclosure of numbering systems for his cues and all the false myths of pins, logos, and materials.

You have a Schon CX 26. Made for Cuestix Distributors.

Nice cue. Coco points and sleeve w/tulipwood rings.

MSRP was $716, real world price just under $500.

I don't believe they came with the IV shaft.

That's it! I found a catalog picture online! Do you know about when it these were made?

Thank you for the awesome info!

Rob
