I agree it looks like the HOF01. Modern version of the MO7. I'm not tuned in to Meucci well enough to know if red dot was standard shaft equipment with that cue or an option. I can say, however, that I bought a similar cue many years ago that had a warped shaft. I had a cuemaker build me a matching shaft that I included when I sold the cue. It isn't uncommon to find aftermarket shafts with older Meucci cues, and that ringwork is just offset stitches to form the chain link design. Mike Webb matched my cue those years ago quite perfectly. You might compare the insert to another Meucci shaft or take a really close look at the collars...it might be aftermarket. Great design nonetheless. I love that old Meucci window look.
Value is hard to identify without seeing the cue for straightness, fit finish etc... I'd say typically around $200 but some will call that estimate low.
