Need help posting a pic

I just acme across a joss and wanted to post some pictures to see if anybody new anything about it. Problem is I do not know how to post a pic. Can anyone help.

Yes I already have the pictures on my hard drive.

upload it on photo hosting sites (photobucket,imageshack, etc)

I think I managed to get it to work using photobucket and attaching the link from photobucket.
