Can this plate be removed in the butt of a Huebler Conversion Cue

I did and it did come out and I was able to remove the weight bolt sucess AND without the use of heat…I called the seller & he advised on how to remove it…. Thanks fir eveyones input

If I had received the correct info I would not of bothered you to ask again but it all taken care of now see thread below
