I’m having a hard time taking practice strokes and using my eye-pattern. As of now when I’m down on the shot, I have the cue tip as close to the CB as possible and I move my eyes back and forth between the cb and ob. I might make small adjustments, but when I feel locked in, I keep my eyes on the ob, take a smooth back swing and shoot, ball goes in.
If I add some practice strokes in there, I fine that my timing gets out of sync and it just feels off. What I feel like is happening is when I move the cue tip to the ob and line up for whatever cue tip placement is needed for the shot. I get locked in take my practice strokes (eyes locked to the cb as I take my practice strokes) which is 3 to 4 of them, when I finish I then bring the cue tip to cb pause bring my eyes back to the ob and shoot, I’m off. When I move my eyes to the ob to shoot it doesn’t feel comfortable. What should I being doing with me eyes when I take my practice swings?
As always thanks for the help!
