Need to get BCA Legal with Tips

Need to get BCA Legal on my Break Tip, and Jump Tip Shafts as what I am using has been outlawed by the BCA.

I am looking for suggestions on what would be a good leather, or leather layered tips to switch too, so that I am BCA legal.

Looking for suggestions on Tips that are on the Hard side, and also have the ability to control both long and short Jump shots on my Jump Shaft.

what is not legal for bca? I though phenolic was and g10 was not but in vegas 2 weeks ago I asked 4 refs and a higher up in bca about g10 and everybody said g10 was legal. I didnt think it was so I kept asking more refs and they all said the same.
