Basically yes, it's by wins, and due to the fact if you win, you break again, so it works well. The only thing it does not take into account is the opening break, but I was able to check and verify the KOTH Break and run % from wins to the actual number of breaks by a player and it was very close or only off by about 1 or 2%
It would be easy and real nice if they actually used the real break #'s
the second column with the lower percentage is % of break and runs from total games is useless and probably just confuses the situation, when your opponents breaks it should not count against you. So I would just dump that stat all together and stick with the break and run % from wins or hopefully soon from actual breaks by the player.
Also, since they have the score cards, at some point we will see records for games won in a row, and consecutive break and run outs.

All that i know, is that hes break HARD! IMO the best break on the IPT.
