That is a good looking cue, but a bad teeny tiny pic, I can hardly see any details. Blow up a few and I bet that thing goes quick..

Wrapless? Looks like birdseye, but from that pic it could be cork or tan linen.

Received my cue today, I e-mailed J.P. with a few build questions, to which he replied quickly answering any and all my non-consiquental questions.
This is A LOT of cue for the money guys!!! I have 2-3 different Frey SP's which all are of high quality, but Bob has turned it up a notch, finish, woods, build quality, are all improved, this cue hits and plays like cues costing 4 times the price,
Why pay more? Inlays can't make a cue play any better......... Bob builds the best cue per dollar spent.
I love the color of this cocbolo
 
yep, if you buy a player cue buy a Frey SP and have money in your pocket, if your a posser, spend all your money on a cue that LOOKS like you know what your doing!!! like I said inlays don't pocket balls!!!!!

Are the Bob Frey SP's full splice points ? What makes them play so good ?
Is it the balance, the joint, shaft ?

Easy! They are easy to get used to, play great and have a very solid firm hit much like a Scruggs!
