New Break Cue?

So I've been playing pool for a year now and my skills have improved. I've decided that I want to buy a break cue but the problem is know little about the break cue. So my questions are:
1. What is a good tip for a break cue
2. What is a good weight for it
3. I'm tight on money so what is a good break cue that is less than $90
4. I found a break cue called Rage Heavy Hitter 25 oz for $66. Is this brand good?
5. Also the cue above gave the option of changing the tip which are samsara, icebreaker, and white diamond. Which tip is better?
So if anyone can help with this I would greatly appreciate it. I'm open to all advices.

I always break with a house cue if away from home...... For my home pool room, I have some 7-dollar 'minnesota fats' cues from k-mart, perfect for breaking.....no pun intended.

J&J all the way

Check out www.jjcue.com J&J makes the best J/B for the money hands down , Will run about 60 dollars and breaks as well if not better than Break cues in the 300-500 dolar range
