Just received this cue from Chad McLennon a little while ago today. I ordered it a little less than 2 mos ago and it is completed already and right on the time quoted. I have to say it was a pleasure working with Chad on this cue. His attention to detail, communication and service through the entire process was just outstanding. The cue turned out exactly as I wanted. And the cue is truely a player. All I can say is don't hesitate to order a cue from Chad. You definitely won't regret it.
