New Cue Warp

Hi, so, I bought a new Predator P3 for about 680$. What I am wondering is how straight I should expect a new cue to be? When inspecting it, while together, it seems to have a 1-2mm wobble. That is, when rolling it, the gap between it and the table seems to change by up to 1-2mm. Should this be concerning or within the expected range?

1-2mm is actually on the good side, even for brand new cues. Many cue sellers claim the cues they are selling dead straight, but from my experience by "dead straight" they usually just mean "straight enough so that unless you look really hard, you will not notice a warp." 1-2mm probably falls into that range.
