Worth the year wait I say!

Mike brings a 21st century look to a clasic window cue! I see Mike's work and see art! And incase you are woundering I know a little about art!
Phil was completely floored when his wand showed up yesterday. And I hate to say it but this cue will not be going on the auction blocks. He has sold all his cues but another for a bar box banger and plans to make this his player for life.
I let a old farmer hit with one of my Cochran cues yeaterday and he told me he would trade me one of his four trucks for it! My jaw dropped! I told him thanks but I will keep my cue!
Congrats Mr Phil
Nice avitar too!
Nick :)

Pinocchio

Just got home from hitting a few balls and with the "new jont" Ivory hits much firmer and more perdictable. This cue hits and plays BETTER than it looks which is saying alot, the most perfectly balanced cue I've ever played with.........

New MC cue

Now aren't you glad I lost the pictures?:D That would have spoiled everything! It's a real beauty Phil. Wait till you get the feel for it. You'll be running balls like no tomorrow.

I was just telling Nick I had a hi-run of 96 with mine yesterday.

I think running 96 is out of my leage : (I AM glad I did not see pics) of my cue before it was completed, this was like a kid at Christmas suprise!

I consider the Grecian ringwork a hallmark of Mike's work as I see no one else doing it, but imitation is the best form of flattery

Just tell Mike you have to have one. When you saw mine you were floored. Then when you saw Phil's you lost it!
As Phil and Ralph say nothin like it. The cue is so rare and I say that because I have the first cue with this joint design in America. And I think only 10 have been made since then if that many. I would not be suprised if there were only 10 cues of Mike's in the world at this point in time built like this.
The Greek keys are truely a classical art design. Greek art was classical art literally. The Greek key really brings a totally fresh look to cues. But because of it's timeless simplicity and balance in form it really is like having art work in your cue.
Call Mike and tell him what you like. If he tells you a year well that is what it will be but I have a feeling the wait may be longer now.
When you put one of Mike's cues in your hands you will look at the cue and be amazed by how good it feels in your hands and how you can actually feel how solid it is before you even hit a ball!
The only problem here is do you get a Scruggs or a Cochran. Speaking from experience having both is nice!
If you buy used cues to flip you will probably never have a chance to own a cue with Mike's new joint. They seem to never be seen on the secondary market. If you have the money to order one and wait a year then are totally floored when you get your custom made Cochran would you sell it?
You never want to put it down!
Can't wait to see that cue in a week or two Mr Phil!
Already have your next lessons planned! Just so I'm in town that is.
Your buddy!
Nick :)

nick what is the new joint radial pin or piloted? the best playing cue ive ever owned way a scruggs. i have a few jerrys that were right there. the one i just sold was equal.

I don't think you can buy a better playing cue for any money, thats me honest opion Tim & Mike are putting out some of the best cues ever made..........get one while you can, Tim & Mike aren't spring chickens you know! They're cues only get better with playing time, for some reason it's like breaking in a engine, after a few thousand miles it runs it's best.......go figure

I had a basic idea of what I wanted & gave Mike artistic liberty on the rest, his tastes in cues are way better than mine as you can see, I'm jazzed about my cue ,as if you can't tell!
