Yes, the colors. Why do the manufacturers assume that the only color table out there are deep blue? No chalk is naturally blue. There are no inexpensive natural blue pigments, in fact blue pigments are singled out in classical writings as a symbol of wealth. Essentially all inexpensive blue pigments are phthalocyanines, the most produced organic pigment in the world today, which is added to the chalk during processing. There are cheap organic pigments for magenta, yellow and black that could be added just as easily, so is a simple problem to make chalk about any color you want.You’re forgetting the colors too

I wouldn't be nearly as upset with the current Predator chalk if at least the dust matched the cloth.
