New Table - rail help

I was very lucky to come across a friend of a friend who was selling a used 9 foot brunswick table for only 650$ flat with free delivery! The problem is, the rails and cloth are very cheap and need to be replaced. I was panning on installing the new simonis cloth myself, but im not sure about the rails.
Does anyone have good opinions on where I should get the rails and if I install them myself or professionaly?

If I do install the rails, can someone post the best way to do it?
Thanks

Artemus rubber and 860 cloth is the best set up in my opinion.

The table will have decent speed, but you will still need a actual stroke to move the cue ball around...The artemus rubber seems to have a more quiet sound to it when the ball banks off.

I don't know what shape the table is in, but its not real hard to refinish all the visible wood on a Brunswick....that can make a bad looking table look real good with new cloth and rubber.
