New to me anyway...it's an '04.

6 purpleheart points, 3 veneers each point (maple, purpleheart, ebony), aligator print maroon leather wrap, purpleheart butt with an ivory hoppe ring. Ivory joint collar, ivory ferrules on both shafts. Nice big brass radial pin. Stitched ringwork at A & B as well.

Hey Shorty,
Well have you played with it yet? I loved the way it plays, I recieved my new cue today and I cant wait to feel better to go hit some with it. I hope you enjoy your new cue. Also, I like to leave my tips as thick as possible=more life per tip+softer hit.
 
No I have not had a chance to hit it yet. I like my tips much thinner as I don't shoot that hard and they tend to last me a while as well. I prefer a harder, stiffer hit out of my cues. I may work on the tip some and take it down a little. Overall though, this a GREAT cue as far as looks and feel.

I guess you have to be established in order to sell something on here, When I put that cue up for sale you were the only one to quickly respond. Now, your getting all kinds of response's Shorty. Im gonna have to use you as a referance next time I sell somethin. Enjoy the Viattorre, there hard to come by without the wait.

There must be a lot of people on AZ who have never made any mistakes, because they're quick to throw stones!

I know that Shorty has put his foot in his mouth on more than one occasion, but it happens to the best. I've NEVER known him to rip anyone off in a business dealing.

People on this forum love to team up on the guy. Amazing...

Hey Matt,

Before you throw something out there as to the reasons why, maybe you should learn all the facts. This is not a rip at you but he deserves what he gets. All would have been forgotten if he could have minded his own business but that's too much to ask from the boards biggest boil.

I don't know all of the details, and don't really care. I just know that people make mistakes - and sometimes it is just better to let things go. The people who Shorty offended or did something directly wrong to can say something, but if it wasn't you --- then why sweat it? I realize this is an open forum, and we can post pretty much what we wish, and I don't dispell that. I'm just sharing my philosophy.

"Deserves what he gets" seems like a somewhat extreme statement. After all,..this is a computer forum. Not LIFE.

I'm not trying to start an argument with anyone, just throwing in my two cents. I won't post anything else on this matter.

And no, it is not extreme. Extreme would be someone who would actually take to a level outside this forum.
You are starting an argument so keep your two cents. I only explained to you why and now you feel the need to preach to me what is right and what is wrong. Where were you when he was pulling his crap with others? No need to answer as it's a rhetorical question.

You weren't defending yourself. You just chimed in to insult Shorty. Is that not correct?

I wasn't starting an argument, merely stating a fact. I'm not taking sides here. How was my stating a fact "starting" an argument. I don't argue on the computer bro. I don't take this quite as seriously as you seem to.

Shorty may have pulled something with others. I don't dispute that. I usually only peek at the threads that interest me. I came on to look at his cue, and saw what was going on and made a comment. Why are you taking it so personally?
