I bought one of those locking plastic wall display cases with room for 10 cues and a separate door for accessories. Just hung it and loaded it up.
THE CUES (left to right):
1) McDermott TC. These were "Winner" cues in the early 90's. They made less than 200 of them. http://www.mcdermottcue.com/PAGES/Time Capsule/TC/TC Series.htm
2) McDermott E-M4 from the late 90's.
3) McDermott One-Off. This is a recently completed cue using old wood with lifetime warranty. The Butt Sleeve is designed after their D-26 from the late 80's and the forearm is awesome looking. The cue had a fault in the collar and McDermott fixed it perfectly - very impressed with their work. Bought it from Bill at Cornerstone.
4) McDermott - Cornerstone special. New, low volume using old wood, spliced and veneered, and lifetime warranty. (Bill said he was at the factory and saw a bunch of 20+ year old wood. They made several cues for him using this wood. Never asked him how many he had done.)
5) McDermott Navigator II. Standard 1 of 500 cue from them. I like the way it looks and lifetime warranty.
6) McDermott Bridgeport C. Standard 1 of 500 cue from them. Again, I like the way it looks and lifetime warranty.
7) Mezz ZZ-07 with a Tiger stacked leather wrap and 314 shaft. This is the cue I usually use to bang balls. I take no offense being called a "banger" because I'm really mediocre, especially while I'm waiting for the coffee pot in the morning.
8) Gilbert. This is the last cue I bought - after promising my girlfriend I wouldn't buy another cue. It's so beautiful, she couldn't help but notice it. I've been waking up in the middle of the night with welts, but have no idea how I'm getting them.
9) Audrick. Philipino cue with lots of ivory, including the points and all 5 rings. The cue has a minor problem in the butt sleeve area, but it's really pretty, so I kept it to just hang on the wall.
10) Auerbach. John makes awesome looking and great hitting cues (as far as I can tell). Bought it new from Joe at The Cue Dealer. This cue had a minor problem so I sent it back to John and he fixed it and sent it back in just a few days.
11) ??? No more room in the display case and the girlfriend might start breaking the cues over my head.
