Nicest two cues to come out of Steve Klapp's Shop!

I may be slightly biased though :)
I couldn't be happier with the two davis blanks I had completed by steve klapp and wanted to share them with you all both here and in the cue gallery! The execution was very well done and for these two stacked leather wraps being only the 2nd and 3rd he's done, they came out GREAT! It's hard to beat the feel of stacked leather! Well... enjoy!

How can you beat these! Cocobolo and Purpleheart full splice Davis Blanks!

The two in the middle of the first pic are, of course, the two completed davis blanks.
*Brass 3/8x10 joint pins
*Solid Cue Ball Joints and butt caps
*Cueball Brass and phenolic ringwork
*Stacked leather wraps
*The purpleheart cue came with an Earl Strickland inspired matching purpleheart extension! ;)
*Coco cue has 2nd splice, so the handle is maple
*Purpleheart cue has purpleheart inderneath the wrap and is still complete
I might consider offers on these, but its gonna be REALLY hard to ever want to sell these :)

THANKS STEVE!
BTW folks, the top cue is a Richard Hsu sneaky and the bottom cue is a 10 point wrapless Klapp cue with a lacewood handle and matching 314-2 shaft. Both refinished by Klapp Custom Cues a.k.a. nucues here on azbilliards!

Please feel free to offer advice as to how, if at all, Steve's cues could improve both in appearance and playability. We're always looking to improve the quality of work coming out of the shop. Steve is striving to be a top cuemaker and to hopefully, one day, fill the void left by Paul Fanelli's passing in the cue world. Fanelli has heavilly influence Steve's butterfly cue work and he's flattered that after only 4 years of building cues, his name has been mentioned in the same conversations as Mr. Fanelli's work.
Again, he's striving for perfection, as all cuemaker's should and hoping to leave his mark on the billiards world like so few have in the past!
Your advice will only help him get there and is appreciated!
Thanks for looking guys and don't hesitate to comment.

Anyone interested in ordering a cue from Steve Klapp can do so through me or Steve (nucues) here on AZ. Whether it's through either of us, the price will remain the same and his lifetime warranty will still be in effect!

thanks for the posting and the pictures

They do look very good to me- a sweet collection to be proud of! I like the different woods and the looks of all cues, mark

We appreciate your feedback very much buddy. Just so ya know, I do have a raffel running for the cocobolo cue right now. Take a stab at it and try to win $1000 cue for $20... Better odds than playing the lottery that's for sure! ;)
