Just an FYI, apparently as of two weeks ago, there is now a $15 additional charge for non standard shipping lengths. I just shipped a cue to Chicago from Oregon and the shipping boost was $18, but a $15 non standard shipping length was added.

Hello they call it INFLATION and $125 dollar a barrel oil

This matter was brought to our attention by another member a few weeks ago. I myself mailed a package and had to pay extra. I along with probably everyone else find this charge to be ridiculous. I will most likely ship using a different method in the future.

Usps is TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE-TERRIBLE-they got me2-like 45 bucks to ship a JB case-it’s COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS

Last cue I shipped was $33.00 w/700.00 insured from Pa to Minn.
USPS priority mail and took 3 weeks to arrive! that was about
3-4 months ago.

Well the post office is hurting as people do not buy stamp & mail letter, bills, birthdays card etc. In defense of USPS their service is cheap verses driving an item coast to coast at you expence, in your car.

Here at the Post Office, we like to have a little fun while the mail is in transit. We like to prove that your package is not even close to being “crush proof.” Our forklift will prove that every time. The current record for a package to travel the length of the post office is 3 seconds and held by Harry “The Launch” Reynolds. We’re government employees and we really don’t care about your pool cue or case. Oh, insurance? Hahahahahahehehehohohohahaha. Call the 1-800 number.

You guys have some catching up to do if you want to ever match Fedex employee level. They destroyed a motorcycle engine strapped to a pallet for me. They are much more proficient in destroying packages.
