I live in Lords Valley, between Milford and Hawley right off Route 84. Anybody close by? Anybody shoot at Cosmos?

Nepa here too . Theres a great pool scene close to us ,too bad its in jersey.Pool around our area, well for lack of a better word just sucks. I used to think it was good until I started traveling around to different states and seeing how much of a bigger pool scene there was there . There are some nice rooms in wilkes barre and hazleton but the atmosphere just feels dead compaired to a place like comets or castle. Just my opinion.

Hate to say you're right, but...

As far as Wilkes Barre, Scranton, etc., There were only a couple of decent rooms that I knew of. There was one in Moosic (tables had tan cloth) that had something going on, but I think they closed.

There were a few solid players, though; Jim Rempe, Pat McNally, Les Smulowitz, just not much of a "scene".
