OB-1 Shaft 5/16 X 18 Meucci Diameter Joint

I have a 30" OB-1 Shaft for sale. The shaft is about 12.5 or 12.6 in diameter with a long pro taper and a Talisman Medium tip that was installed by the manufacturer. This shaft puts a lot of spin on a ball and has basically no deflection. I have played with the shaft for about six months, and it is in like new condition. The joint was turned to match a Meucci cue diameter.

I love the shaft, but I recently moved to a Mezz playing cue, and this shaft will not work on my Mezz. There is no sense in it being wasted in my cue case. New OB shafts will run you at least $180.

I am asking $125 plus $7 for shipping. I will only sell to USA addresses and I would prefer Paypal payment. You may check my Ebay Feedback under seller Kryptowrite (me).

Thanks.

My mistake, they are $220 now on the OB Website. I appreciate the $100 offer, but I believe $125 is more than fair for a used, but basically new OB-1 shaft.

thanks for the suggestion ribdoner....mine is .825....Krypto do you know what you had it cut to?? i'm still interested...
thanks
Hardy...

Hardy, My caliper reads .828 at the joint. I measured the ferrule diameter also and it is 12.43 mm. It has the plain black joint, no ring work.

I'm open to offers or possible trades. I will Ebay'er in a few days if there is no AZ interest.

Krypto...don't have much to trade...pretty low budget on this end...heck i had to buy my Meucci used...i'd still give a 100 and pay for shipping but that's all i can go...good luck on selling it, hope you get what your asking.....

Thanks
Hardy

hey all-

I bought the shaft off Rodney and got it a couple of days ago. Everything went smooth with the transaction and I would highly recomend him as a seller. He shipped the shaft the same day he recieved payment and I had it the next day...

The shaft kicks! I bought a very cheap older meucci M-2 from a pawn shop on ebay, and am very happy with how this combination plays. I can definately tell the difference on hard english shots - I don't have to guess nearly as much compensating for deflection. My long table shots have clearly improved too.

Thanks Rodney-
Jon
