Have a buddy with an OB Carbon shaft and the insert is interchangeable. Has a radial insert and it won't stay tight.
To be more clear, when you tighten the insert with an Allen key and then tighten the shaft onto a butt, you can just keep turning the shaft on the insert...5 minute, 2 part epoxy on the threads of the insert only had ZERO effect on this and it keeps spinning.
Any ideas to keep this from happening? As I'm sure the new Whyte Carbon shafts would had to have fixed this by now. And the OB is discontinued, obviously.
