That's why I posted in this forum. Apparently if you go to the main forum, Cleary was given one.
Cleary was given one so that he could make a promotional video for OB to use. He's in the video production biz, a pool nut, and an AZB member, so that's why, I'm quite sure.
The folks from OB are also providing one to be passed around to a group of AZB members (I'm fortunate to be included in that group) to try out and come back with reviews. I'm not sure why there wasn't a similar initiative aimed at instructors, and to be fair, perhaps there was and we just aren't aware of it, yet....
Of course I'm the direct opposite of an instructor, so my experience with the device won't be as valuable from a clinical point of view, but from the view of someone who is a likely target demographic of the device.... I'll be trying it out, and having my friends do so as well. I'll be reporting back, on the Main Forum likely, after I get my turn.
