Exactly. Maintain control of your shop if you have the experience to support it.

It's amazing sometimes how these customers can appear to be so entitled, yet crumble and give in at the smallest sign of resistance.

But good on ya for putting your foot down, I believe we as repairmen need to uphold our standards. After all, you are the experienced one as a repairman.

That chalked up shaft though.....really? Doesn't want it cleaned.....? He's a maniac lol.

I think the ob classic shafts I had the ferrules were less than 1/2 inch. .Ferrule looks long or it might just be me

So far so good. I made the ferrule to fit from a tomahawk rod.
