ob shafts on clearance?

Ozone billiards has added all ob shafts to there clearance page if anyone is interested. Anyone know why? I heard there is a new shaft coming out but I didn't think they were going to discontinue previous products to do it.

The new + shafts are replacing the old ones (I am sure if you really want one or need a replacement
they can still build it/have it in stock) and the old ones can be sold off with 20% discount.

Right after the announcement I got my OB2 30" from Seybert's for $188 which I think is about $12 off the previous price.

BTW, this is the first time I've used a 30" shaft. I really like it.
