Black collar uniloc joint. My instruments read a diameter of 12.6 at the tip and a weight of 4.0 ounces. Recently reconditioned. A very small chip in the
finish is located near the joint on the collar which can be seen in the picture, The shaft is otherwise in excellent condition and smooth as glass.
