Here is an OB 2 shaft that fits a 3/8" x 11 pin. These are non standard, have to be ordered special and cost a little more than their standard sizes. Very lightly played, thoroughly cleaned and rolls straight. Either a Kamui Black SS or Ultra Skin Soft tip. This was my backup shaft, it hasn't been played much, so I don't remember what tip I had put on it.
