i've recently taken residence in an old brick pre-war downtown building.
my living room is 18 x 25 , i'm considering a brunswick gold crown 4.
the total of furniture weight pulled from room equals table weight (appx).
floor strength is high , support shouldn't be a problem.
any opinions? - pro's , con's?

If you have a good solid foundation to work with, I'd do it, who needs furniture anyway?
Are you upstairs or downstairs?
I'm guessing upstairs with the floor tolerances mentioned.
Put a level onto the floor and walk around a few feet from it.
If the bubble moves around when you do, so will your tables' level.....

since my last mention , i have alot of good news!
floors are solid hardwood and reinforced (building completed 1939!).
support running parralell through the building is STEEL I BEAM ! , 2 of these support apartment.
first beam located along hallway where apartment begins , 2nd beam runs though apartment center.
room where i'm putting table is inbetween beams , almost center!
ceiling height @ 11'ft appx.

i should be up & running 2 years or less!
