Old Cue ID, & Ballpark Value?

I'm looking at this older cue. Seller doesn't have any info. Any help is appreciated.

Difficult to tell from the pictures, but this cue does not have a bumper, if that helps.

Rich cue, would need to see the forearm better and know the details, but $100 to $300 value

Reminds me more of a Doc Frye. It is a titist forearm and probably from the 60’s. It’s a cool looking cue. How much is he asking?
If there is a bumper, check to see if a penny is under the bumper. If so, the penny dates the cue and it is a Frye.
