Old growth reclaimed shafts

I have played with every generation of predator shaft and most aftermarket low deflection high hype shafts, Iv also tried many high end cue makers shafts. I recently recieved my shafts from Tom at triple cross cues and boy was I suprised. The shaft for breaking hits like a brick, I normaly use purple heart but this stuff is even harder then purple heart. The playing shaft hits great, I normaly use an OB-2 or a first gen 314. With this old growth stuff there is no need for fancy design and process's to have a great shaft. I couldnt have been more pleased. I just thought I would say a few nice words on here for a stand up guy and a great cue maker.
