Hi I am new. Just got a table installed in my basement, don't care much for the cues that came with it.

Was surfing on Craigslist, and a fellow has a set of 4 Olhausen Cues 18-21 ounce, for $350 for the set. All are new.

He sent me a pic, but they don't look like anything I saw on teh Olhausen site, and I can't find anything online about olhausen cues.

Anyone?

Oh - cool site too.

Do they look like these?

I am pretty sure they would be an import overlay cue which Olhausen has had made with their logo.
Probably a quite serviceable set but the price does seem a little high for what you are getting. Please take a look at what I have to offer.
I would give you a great deal on 4 cues with no cases.
PM me if you are interested

Welcome to the forum!

Honestly, I would rather play with an economy one piece house cue for a third the price.

I would suggest keep doing some research, try out a bunch of different cues if you have a chance, and take it slow. If you are looking for house cues, I would not buy a 350 dollar set. I would buy some cheaper cues, and save up for a playing cue for yourself.

I sell the Olhausen platinum kits with 4 cues in it for $259. They're actually pretty nice cues. Very similar to a Players cue. The $350 price just for the cues is pretty high though. You can get the whole set for $259 and it is a really nice set with a heavy cover included.
