Our platform has a security feature that only allows one login to view our event, so if you attempt to login into our stream from multiple devices, our platform thinks it has multiple people trying to access and kicks you out of the stream. Stick with one device or if you need to switch, log out if the current device and clear your cookies and cashe and log into another.
Having multiple devices connected to your internet will pull from your wifi and cause you to lag-
You have purchased but don't see the pass in your shopping cart and it says pending access- if it says pending access, you haven't completed you purchase even though it seems like PayPal charged you. On top on the pass that says "pending access" click purchase details, then click the little "paypal-buy now" button then it will take you to PayPal to complete your purchase. once done, that pass will then say "launch player"
You don't have PayPal? no worries, when you click purchase and it brings you to PayPal, you can checkout as a guest and just use a credit card to purchase.
You purchased but don't see your pass- some people have a few different Audiovideoweb usernames-make sure you are logging into the same account you purchased the pay per view from. Happens often
RELOOPS- reloops are usually uploaded the next morning by 10am- in some cases, if the match ends early, we will have it uploaded after day 1 ends. Reloops will be on your account till the following Friday at 11:59pm
If you continue to have internet issues and lagging or freezing, we have another alternative, we can add you to our private Facebook group that live streams the match. You must add MMP Phil on Facebook then he will add you to the group.
Package price is different than my email price- Thats because you missed the deadline for the early bird price and the price has adjusted
