ONLY for POSITIVE HELP with LEARNING & USING CTE/Pro1

I would like this thread to be only for individuals to come to get help in learning & using CTE or Pro1.
Once an individual has invested themselves into CTE, the nature of how & why it functions probably does not matter to them. If so, there are the other places that they can go to read up on the disagreements.
This thread should only be about helping individuals to learn & use CTE.
I respectfully ask nothing be posted here that is negative & no questions be posted that are not sincere & genuine to the purpose of the thread, which is to aid & assist those that are trying to learn & use CTE.
I expect a few posts like last time, but I will not respond to them in this thread.
Also, if ever I do post here by some accident, I ask that it be pointed out to me & I will remove that post.

elbows out in front, the sword looks straight, now in your own words PULL back, It should feel like you are hitting with your elbows and use your wrists for proper acceleration of the sword all the way through.
