Openeing a Pool Hall

I am interested in opening a pool hall in my city. I have an extensive background in the restaurant business, but I find myself wanting to combine my restaurant experience with my passion for pool. My problem lies in my lack of legitimate sales figures for the rental of hourly tables on a daily basis. I need information based on number of tables per business, average usage and daily sales. This is the one area that I am lacking in my business plan to go forward to the bank. I am not interested in opening a franchise such as a Dooly's or other, I believe in being independent. I live in a Northern Ontario, Canada town that has 1 pool hall and I beleive there is room in the market for a second one. I can be emailed at mikeubet@hotmail.com. Thank you for your help.

I would not include the table time in the plan. Base your figures on food, beverage and alcohol sales. You must have this revenue to do well. You already understand the business being in the restaurant biz. Keep your plan simple and the food good and you will do good. Your PPA in this type setting will be around $30 and with four bangers around the table that is $120. This is where the $$ is made. Good luck to you.
