i know sid already posted about harold but he passed 10-05-2012. We are from wilmington nc and harold was a good friend of ours and everyone here. He was such a good guy and damn good pool player up to this date. Harold played with the best in his days and played right along their side. Even now, he still had a good game. I think he was from sanford,nc. Played out of Speakeasy with jimmie bullis. Not sure when he moved to wilmington. I have had the pleasure with him for 17 years. I have laughed, cried, talked and cut up with him. If you werent in a good mood or down or anything you could talk to harold and he would have you going with his jokes. May God be with him and his family and friends during this time and he will be missed at Break-Time and in my heart. Please put him your prayers along with all of us and help one another get through this. I will post arrangements when i get them, If anyone has a cool story about him please post. We all would love to hear. God bless Harold Dollar. R.I.P. my friend, terri and larry faulk.

That was a great loss to the pool world , Harold was a jam up player and person. Terri and Larry I know that was a huge blow as I know you were especially close to Harold. I was playing at Breaktime and watched Harold let a girl pass in a tournament just because he knew it would make her night) he forfeited and let her move on. I thought it was very classy of him

Wow! I was just up at Breaktime a couple weeks ago for Tri-cups and he was there all weekend. Super nice guy and a great player. I met him up there one night a while back and he wanted to gamble, told him I couldn't, on my way to Austin to get my son the next morning, after that me and him talked forever about everything pool as if we were friends for decades. He always remembered me when I came in. He was a great person, player and cuesmith. Another friend of mine was just talking about him last night, they ran together in Sanford NC and he had all kinds of stories about Harold. RIP Harold and my condolences to the family.
